I finally did it. I got a blog.

I’ve been meaning to do this for some time really. Usually when I feel heated about a topic, I go and harass one of my 3 or 4 friends about whatever topic I’m feeling heated about. Problem with that is that it invites interjection before thoughts and expressions can be completed. The end result is that I end up in a shouting match with my friend because he’s made an assumption on my end point that’s incorrect, or we’ve had to elaborate on something, derailing the conversation.

This blog will make life a lot easier for me. For starters, I have all the time in the world to rationalize my thought process, and make myself easy to understand. Secondly, I can post whatever I want here and I don’t have to think about the consequences of my actions (too much). I mean, I still need to follow common decency, but at least I’m not gonna get banned from some random Discord server for being political or having a different opinion to somebody.

I don’t know how often I’ll be updating this. As I write this, I haven’t even finished the workflow for the blog. I’ve made this and the about page, thats it. What will I post here? Who knows. Today it could be a rant on Unions and how they are unfairly demonized in the media. Tomorrow it could be a topic on food. I don’t know. I’m just gonna write whatever I feel like writing.
